Musical Moments will customize your special day with the following professional services:
DJ Entertainment services: Musical Moments will provide the proper music, professional sound equipment, lighting effects and microphone for your wedding ceremony and reception. Your DJ will play music based on your Wedding Planner/Music List, crowd reaction and on-the-spot requests.
Photography services: Musical Moments professional photography service will capture the beauty, excitement and emotion of your wedding day.
Videography services: Musical Moments professional videography service will capture the sights, sounds, excitement and emotions of your wedding day. We provide both a professionally edited version of the ceremony in its entirety, and a highlight video of your special day.
Photo Montage services: Share your photos and memories with family and friends. We will create a custom photo montage to be played during your reception. Projector and screen rental is also available from Musical Moments.
Love Story services: Musical Moments will produce a DVD chronicling your own personal “love story”. Romantic footage as well as an interview will be included. Your “love story” will be played during your reception. Projector and screen rental is also available from Musical Moments.
Wedding planning services: Our expert wedding planners can assist you with everything from selecting vendors to coordinating the vendors and hosting the reception on your wedding day.

Traditional Wedding Day Events
At Musical Moments we recognize that each wedding day is unique. The following is a list of the common components of a traditional wedding reception. You may choose to skip some of the events or add some unique elements of your own. The online Wedding Planner allows you to indicate exactly which events and music you want at each stage of your ceremony and reception.
Ceremony Musical Moments can provide all of the music during your ceremony. The music will begin approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. As your guests arrive, the music selection will consist of classical and romantic ballads. Processional Music and Recessional Music will be played at the appropriate sound level and at the proper time during your ceremony service. A wireless microphone will be provided so that all of your guests can hear the ceremony.
Cocktail Hour Musical Moments can provide cocktail music as your guests socialize and await your arrival at the reception. You can choose the type of music to be played: jazz/standards, classical, modern or a variety. The cocktail music will be played at a “conversation” volume level.
Introductions Outside of the reception area your DJ will align the bridal party in the order of introduction. We will create an exciting atmosphere and will individually introduce the bridal party ending with a standing ovation for the Bride and Groom.
Dinner Music Your DJ will play the music type of your choice: jazz/standards, classical, modern or a variety. Music will be played at the proper “conversation” volume level, so you and your guests can enjoy a memorable dining experience.
Toast The best man and maid of honor will toast the bride and groom during dinner. The parents and others may also request to toast the bride and groom.
Cake Cutting The DJ will ask all of the guests to gather around the bride and groom for the traditional cake cutting ceremony. The DJ will play fun music as the bride and groom cut the cake and then feed each other a piece of cake.
First Dance The bride and groom will be called to the center of the dance floor to celebrate their first dance as husband and wife. The DJ will play your special requested song for your first dance.
Father / Daughter Dance The bride and her father will share a special dance to a song of your choice. If you prefer, we will invite all of the fathers and daughters to join them on the dance floor.
Mother / Son Dance The groom and his mother will share a special dance to a song of your choice. If you prefer, we will invite all of the mothers and sons to join them on the dance floor.
Wedding Party Dance The bride and groom will share a special dance with their bridal party. You may choose to open the dance floor to all of your guests during this dance.
Open Dance Floor Immediately following the formal dances your DJ will start the dance music, keeping the energy level high to get everyone involved in dancing.
Bouquet Toss All of the single ladies will be called to the dance floor as the bride tosses the bouquet. Your DJ will play fun music to get the crowd excited.
Garter Belt Removal & Toss The groom will remove the bride’s garter belt. The DJ will play appropriate music as the crowd cheers the groom on. All of the single men will be called to the dance floor as the groom tosses the garter belt.
Garter Exchange The gentleman who caught the garter belt will put it on the lady who caught the bouquet.
Anniversary Dance All of the married couples will be invited to the dance floor for a special dance. During these songs, by process of elimination, we will determine who the longest- married couple is. This is a great way to honor the marriage tradition.
Dollar Dance We will invite the maid of honor and the best man to join the bride and groom on the dance floor. We introduce the honeymoon dance to your guests as their personal one on one with the bride and groom. It is a dollar or more to dance as the ladies line up behind the best man to dance with the groom and the guys line up behind the maid of honor to dance with the bride. The best man and maid of honor will collect the money as the DJ keeps the line moving.
